Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your next high-performance surf session.
How do I determine the right surfboard volume for my skill level?
We recommend using our online Volume Calculator which factors in your weight, fitness level, and the type of waves you plan to surf. Generally, more volume provides better paddle power, while less volume allows for tighter maneuvers.
What is the standard lead time for a custom shape?
Custom surfboard orders typically take 6 to 8 weeks to complete. This includes the shaping, glassing, and curing process to ensure the highest structural integrity of your board.
Do you offer international shipping for surfboards?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region. All boards are packed in heavy-duty reinforced boxes with extra padding to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
What is your return policy on boards and gear?
Unused accessories and apparel can be returned within 30 days. However, surfboards are final sale once they have been waxed or placed in the water. If a board arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us immediately.
What is the difference between PU and EPS construction?
PU (Polyurethane) is the traditional construction offering a classic feel and flex in most wave conditions. EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) with epoxy resin is lighter and more buoyant, making it ideal for smaller, weaker waves.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor its progress to your door.
