At Channel Islands Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring surfboards are padded and fins are removed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
